To insure the home remains nice for your party, we request no smoking
& a very limited pet policy. This home has a high appraisal value
and is usually rented by four adult couples or for a "family"
reunion. You have room to get away as well as ample room together.
By road, you are just two minutes from the Country Club Spa, four
minutes to two restaurants and eight miles to the Osage Beach Premium
Outlet Mall. A new 30,000 square foot grocery 3.8 miles
away has a full deli, butcher shop and live lobsters
