Vacation Rental Description

  A beautiful 2600 sq. ft  newly furnished Las Vegas vacation home
awaits you and your guests, and will allow you to experience your best
vacation ever!  Every room of this home  has been professionally
decorated with luxury furnishings and accessories.   This  4 bedroom,
3 full bath home is perfect for family vacations, golf vacations,
corporate rentals,  or anyone who just wants  to relax and enjoy the
warm Nevada  weather.    

We take great pride in providing the best customer service possible! 
A home manager will greet you when you arrive and makes certain the
home is immaculate inside and out.  She is available before and during
your stay should you ever need any assistance including recommending
shows, restaurants and  activities. 

We have had guests from many European countries who have loved this
holiday home, they left great comments in the guestbook, and any or
all would be happy to provide references if you would like.

Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished and 
decorated.  The first floor has wood flooring  and consists
of a beautiful kitchen with a dining nook and breakfast counter.  The
family room has a fireplace, reclining leather furniture, DVD/CD
player, and a new 42" plasma big screen television.   The first floor
also has a library/bedroom with attached bath, a dining room, and a
game room with new pool table.  

The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms including a master suite
with king size bed and luxury bathroom.  Two other bedrooms with
attached bath, each have dual twin beds but can be converted into king
size beds
if requested. 

A sparkling heated pool with built in spa, is the centerpiece of a
backyard surrounded by large palm trees and greenery.  The backyard
includes a covered patio, pool furniture and a barbecue grill. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Every amenity you can think of has been provided. There are cable
televisions in every bedroom,  DVD players, movies, books, childrens
games, a new pool table and even a video game system.   For business
or corporate travelers, there is also a high speed internet hookup and
a fax machine. The full kitchen has a microwave, convention oven,
Jenn-air grill, coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer, coffee bean
grinder  and servings for 12 and misc. kitchen items.  Bedding,
linens, towels, beach towels, washer and dryer,  hair dryers, are all
also provided. Outdoors there is a new Stainless BBQ Grill and patio
and pool furniture. 

Activities and Attractions

Located just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and the airport, and
20 minutes from Lake Mead, this perfectly located home will allow you
to enjoy all the Vegas activities you can imagine while staying in an
upscale secluded residential neighborhood.  

Within minutes you can be at local casinos - Green Valley Resort,
Sunset Station, Fiesta Station.  Many restaurants, grocery stores,
shopping malls, and cinemas are just 5 minutes away.  

Enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing and sightseeing at Lake Mead and
the Hoover Dam.  Hiking, horseback riding, sight seeing at Red Rock
Canyon and Bonnie Springs. Even downhill skiing and sledding at Mt.
Charleston.  

You are centrally located for family activities: amusement parks,
museums, roller coasters, bowling, racing, western towns etc.  The
Grand Canyon is only a 3 hour drive!

There are also many parks, golf courses, and sports activities
(basketball, tennis etc.)in the immediate vicinity.

$295 / night (2-3 nights)
$275 / night (4-6 nights)
$260 / night ( 7 or more nights)
$1820 / week
Monthly - Call for Rates

There is a $130 cleaning fee per stay
A $400 refundable security deposit is required to reserve dates.
