Once you visit beautiful Amelia Island in historic Fernandina Beach
you won't want to leave! Discover the beauty of Northeast Florida in
this quaint resort town. We are located a short block away from the beach...only 300
steps..
(we checked)! If you are in town for Jacksonville athletic events we are an easy 40 minute
drive to
downtown Jacksonville.
Relax in this beautiful and spacious second floor condominium unit.
Fernandina has it all: fabulous restaurants, some of the country's
best golf courses, uncrowded beaches, historic locations, wonderful
shopping in old historic downtown, horseback riding, deep sea
fishing, airplane rides, and jet skis. Our island also has miniature
golf, a water slide for the kids, and movie theatres. Owners are
year round residents of Amelia Island and will be available via the
telephone to answer any questions you may have about our community. I
also have information available regarding Cape Cod, Massachusetts cottages run by a
family member.

Fully equipped condominium unit features 3 bedrooms, including a
king size master bedroom, a double bed, and 2 singles. Other
amenities include washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster,
coffee maker, cable television, and DVD player. This vacation also
includes use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's
playground. All linens and pillows are provided. We prefer to rent to
families only. We are sorry, but condominium rules prohibit pets for our
tenants. We also do not allow smoking inside our unit.

As previously stated, the following activities are available on
Amelia Island: swimming, golfing, jet ski rentals, bicycling,
shopping, restaurants, fishing, movies, miniature golf, water
slides, and exploration of Fort Clinch.

January, February, April, to Mid-May:
$550 per week, $1200 per month.
March, late May to August: $700 per week, $1950 per month. We will consider a lesser monthly fee for
rental periods of more than one month.
$200 security deposit to be refunded upon inspection after vacation
of premises. By law, we are also required to charge 10% tax.
