Pelican 502 at Destin West.  This condominium is a beautiful home 
away from home with truly spectacular views that you will injoy from 
sunrise to sunset!  The world's whitest sand beaches and crystal 
blear blue waters are just outside your doors.  

This two bedroom two bath is beautifully decorated in shades of dark 
salmon, green and rust.  The spacious king master suite has a large 
private bathroom and walk-in closet.  The bunk room is equipped with 
over/under bunk beds.  The large kitched in equipped with everything 
you will need during your stay.  Relax in the comfortable living 
area with entertainment center.  The queen sleeper sofa in this area 
will also accomodate two extra guests.  Open your patio doors in 
bother the living room and in the master suite to experience the 
outdoors on your private balcony; where views of the lazy river with 
gorgeous landscaping and fiber optic lighting in the evening invites 
you to take full advantage of this paradise away from home.

Our condo offers deluxe furnishings, tiled floor in the main areas, 
plush carpet in the bedrooms, all linens and bedding, kitchen 
supplies, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stereo system, appliances, cable 
TV, VCR/DVD in the master suite and living area.  All of the 
amenities of home.  Plus, if you feel the need - an on-site gym with 
the latest fitness equipment for your workout after enjoying the 
fabulous local fresh seafood and any other cuisine you desire.  
Conceirge service will be available on site.

Completion date is set for March 2007 for the connector crossover 
walkway so that you will be able to take a quick walk on a 
connector over Highway 98 between the bayside and gulfside.  This 
will allow all guests to enjoy the amenities of Destin West Gulfside 
without ever using your car!  Kids and adults alike enjoy the Water 
Splash Garden located on the Gulf side between the pool and beach.  
Four miles of private beaches are yours to enjoy on the 
gulfside.

Okaloosa Island is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf Coast.  
Guests are near countless boutiques and galleries; as well as world 
class golding, fishing, boating and any imaginable water 
recreation.  Outlet Mall shopping is only minutes.  In the old-
fashioned downtown area, there are even quaint antique stores to 
browse.  There is something to make everyone happy here.
