Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our Chalet at Eagle Crest!  Come and relax in this  
charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath lodge-style chalet in the picturesque  
Eagle Crest Resort located in Central Oregon.  This cozy 1,400  
square  
foot chalet is located on the 6th fairway of the Ridge Course and  
features knotty pine throughout.  The chalet is equipped with all  
kitchen appliances including an espresso maker as well as  
washer/dryer.  It also features a deck with hot tub and barbecue and  
a Jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite.  A wood-burning fireplace makes  
for cozy evenings while central heat/air keeps the chalet  
comfortable  
year round.   
 
As our guest, you'll have full access to all the amenities that  
Eagle  
Crest has to offer including bike trails, 3 golf courses, tennis  
courts, swimming pools, basketball courts, full day spa facilities  
and much more...most at no additional cost.*  Our goal is for your  
stay to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible.  Whether it’s a  
romantic getaway for the two of you, or time spent with the family,  
you’ll feel right at home.  Just a short drive from Bend, Redmond  
and  
Mt. Bachelor, you’ll find something to do year round.

Vacation Rental Amenities

- 3 Bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with bunk beds.   
 - 2 bathrooms, one on main floor and one upstairs in Master Suite. 
 - Master Suite includes queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, vanity,  
toilet/shower as well as a color TV, built-in storage and spacious  
closet. 
 - 2nd bedroom features queen bed and spacious closet. 
 - 3rd bedroom includes bunk beds, color TV and walk-in closet. 
 - Loft space features queen futon sleeper for additional guests if  
needed. 
 - Outdoor deck has gas BBQ grill and hot tub. 
 - Living Room has sofa, easy chair, coffee table, color TV, DVD  
home  
theater and stereo. 
 - Woodburning fireplace in living room.  
 - Kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including  
stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso maker,  
coffee maker, blender and Instant Hot Water dispenser. 
 - Dining Room comfortably seats 6 with bench for additional seating  
if necessary.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (May 1st - Oct. 31st) - $195/night or $1170/week. 
 
Winter Rates (Nov. 1st - Apr. 30th) - $150/night or $900/week. 
 
10% down payment required to secure reservation.  Remaining balance  
due 30 days prior to check in.  14 day advance notice for  
cancellation or deposit is forfeited. 
 
Rates do not include a one-time, non-refundable $75 cleaning fee and  
7% Deschutes County lodging tax (Deshutes Cty Certificate # 370.)
