Vacation Rental Description

Visit our website to view a video of the property. This charming 
three story  newly constructed townhome across the street from Lake 
Macatawa and within walking distance of the Holland State Park, is 
located right in the middle of Holland's unique lakeshore activity.  
It's beautiful architecture is as pleasing on the inside as it is on 
the outside.  A second story balcony provides wonderful views and a 
back patio allows for private outdoor grilling and dining.  The 
luxurious third floor bed/bath suite includes a large whirlpool tub 
with a  wooded view.  Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and the first and 
second floor living rooms have queen-size sleeper sofas.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Resort suite amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, all towels 
and linens, as well as selected toiletries.

On site amenities include a pool and spa, community grilling patio 
and eating area, shuffle board and basketball courts.

Golf package at Macatawa Legends included. Four rounds per day, plus 
access to the exercise facility, tennis courts, pool, and 
clubhouse.  
Cart fee only required.

Activities and Attractions

There are plenty of activities nearby including boat and jet ski 
rentals, charter fishing, restaurants, miles of bike paths along the 
lakeshore, yacht clubs, boat launches, and the Holland State Park.

Golfing, more restaurants,  truley unique downtown shopping, outlet mall,Farmers Market, movie 
theaters, summer conerts and street performers downtown, and much more are all within a short drive.

June 20-Aug.28 3,100 per week  Friday-Friday or Saturday -Saturday
