The property is a family atmosphere and is not suitable for bachelelor/ bachelorette and like parties. 

On-site amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, basketball and shuffleboard court, a poolside patio with a large masonry grill, tables and chairs, A week’s membership for 4 at The Macatawa Legends Golf and Country Club may be included as a bonus with weekly stays.

The Beach House is perfect  for  Time away with the kids or a romanatic get-a-away for two or anything in-between .The charming newly constructed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury cottages are 200 yards from Lake Macatawa. The Beach House in Holland Michigan is located less than one mile from Two Lake Michigan Beaches ; gorgous Holland State Park BEACH and Tunnel Park BEACH . The Beach House is located in the middle of Holland Michigan's unique lakeshore activity and conveniently located just minutes from the exceptional downtown Holland Michigan. The beautiful architecture is as pleasing on the inside as it is on the outside. A second story balcony provides wonderful views of the pool and Lake Macatawa across the street. The private patio in the rear allows for outdoor grilling and dining. The townhomes are provided with a wooded rear view.

Three bedroom Description:

1st floor:

1st bedroom: private bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, large closet. Living room area with queen sleeper sofa (cloud coil; looks and feels like a real mattress), mini kitchenette with wet bar (sink, refrigerator), lots of snack storage, washer/ dryer. Quality linens are included. Pottery Barn bedding.

2nd Floor:

Lounging area, electric fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath, full service kitchen, all appliances and kitchen tools are provided included.

3rd Floor:

Bedroom 2: queen or king bed, 2 closets, full bath with whirlpool bath.

Bedroom 3: two twin beds or double/twin bunk (depending on unit), shower, very spacious walk-in closet (large enough to put a pack-and -play!)

Lake Michigan Beach House Vacation Rentals all include a one stall garage and parking space. Great for bikes, strollers, beach gear and car.

A week golf membership package for 4 may be included with 7 night stays as a bonus. A golf membership may be offered at a reduced rate for those guests staying less than 7 nights. Read on for just a few of our many amenities.

There are plenty of activities nearby including boat, Jet Ski and kayak rentals, charter fishing, miles of bike paths and beach along the lakeshore, yacht clubs, boat launches, hiking trails, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and the Holland State Park. Walking distance from Ottawa Beach Inn restaurant and pub, an Ice Cream Shoppe. There is a newly completed skate board park located less than 2 miles from the Lake Michigan Beach House. Charter Fishing and boat slips are available nearby.

A short drive Downtown  Holland you will find:
Restaurants, unique boutique shopping, The Farmer’s Market (Wednesday and Saturday), Movie Cinemas, Summer Concerts and downtown Street Performers (Thursday and Friday  evenings) and much more are all within a short drive.

The Beach House at Lake Street is  a Year- Round Resort.
