beautiful Anna Maria Island. Runaway Bay. Unit 127 includes a fully 
equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, DVD/CD player and cable 
TV in all rooms. This is a ground floor unit, only steps from the 
large heated pool and fishing pier, and just a short walk to the 
beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. Furnishings are brand new, with 
high quality linens. Included is free use of Ping golf clubs, 
fishing rods, a selections of bicycles and pool inflatables, belly 
boards etc. Runaway Bay resort complex also includes a tennis court, 
exercise room, recreation room and picnic shelters. There is a free 
Island shuttle bus to near by shopping and restaurants. Watch 
glorious sunsets on the beach; stroll through the tropical grounds, 
dotted with lagoons, or just soak up the Florida sun. Runaway Bay 
Resort is located in Bradenton Beach, Florida, between Sarasota and 
Tampa. Runaway Bay is a lovely vacation resort on beautiful grounds 
betweenthe Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay.  The island of Anna 
Maria is unique in having no high-rise buildings and offering an old 
Florida feel.  Yet, you can enjoy some of the areas best restaurants 
and tropical bars within walking distance of the condo.

Activities and Attractions

Runaway Bay is just across the street from a beautiful, sandy 
beach.  The heated pool is the largest on the island with an "island 
feel" from the striped umbrellas and chairs.  Lighted tennis court, 
private fishing dock and exercise room.  Walk or take the trolley, 
which stops right in front of Runaway Bay, to the island's many 
restaurants.  Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa are only short 
drives away.  We have compiled a list, which we will gladly furnish 
for you, of our favorite restaurants, watering holes, beaches and 
things to see and do in the area.   

Vacation Rental Rates

$750 per week, $2400 per month May 1st to December 31st
$1200 per week, $3500 per month January 1st to April 30
Additional fees include registration ($25) and cleaning ($65)
Lower rates available on long-term or annual rentals
Tax at 10.5%
