This is the best location in all of Las Gaviotas. This special 
beachfront house features one of the largest decks in LG.
The huge family/dining/kitchen area have incredible ocean views.The 
master bedroom has amazing ocean views too! The house has been fully 
remodeled.
The kitchen has state of the art appliances and is fully equiped.
The bathrooms were fully remodeled in 2007.
The Huge deck features a huge jacuzzi,huge firepit and a gourmet 
builtin gas bbq.There are 7 loungechairs and a large table with 
benches on the deck.The surf is just steps away and the path to the 
beach is steps away too! There is a bonus room with a fossball table 
and TV with DVD/VCR. There is a large TV in the family room and one 
in the master bedroom with Cable TV/DVD/VCR.
There is a CD player with speakers inside and outdoors speakers on 
the deck. There is a fireplace in the family room and Master Bedroom.
There ia Free high speed internet access with wireless capability.
There is a 619 number for incoming calls as well as FREE calls to 
the USA!
There is a brand new Central Heating system.
Don't come all the way to Mexico and stay on the back row!
This is the perfect house for a family or friends!

High Season: 

May - October and President's Day     $425 - minimum stay 4 - night 
stay

Off season:

November - February  Minimum 3 night stay

Thurs - Sunday.( minimum 3 night stay)                   $425.00

Mon - Wed.  (minimum 2 night stay)                       $325.00
