We have an excellent swimming beach, maybe the best around. No sudden
drops. Small children can wade in gradually and learn to swim with
their adult. Adults can dive, and swim off the floating dock. A
happy recreation area. Lounge chairs on the beach with both sun and
shade.

Inside: This immaculate, and well furnished home has three intercom
phones, all kitchen necessities and utensils. Comfort everywhere.
Sprawling open vistas from most all rooms. You feel like you are
outside on the water because the townhouse is hanging over the large
expanse of the 26 mile long lake and looking across the broad 5 miles
of water to the islands and mountains.

Tennis courts. From the balcony, watch sunrise and sunsets reflect on
the water. Opportunities for water activities abound. Often spot
loons landing on the water, can watch their behavior. Hummingbirds,
and other animals in their habitat.

Lots of glass sliders, two Balconies, a patio and sprawling
waterfront vistas from almost every room in the 2500 square foot home.

In mild season, pleasant boating nearby. Hike Mount Major, just down
the road. Walk the quaint Gilford Village. We're at the foot of
Gunstock, for summer recreation and in Winter family skiing, and
winter wonderland activities.

In warm weather; what water activities do you enjoy? Maybe snorkel.
Fish from the dock. Watch the Mount Washington pass by two times
daily. Follow suggestions in our Special local gems book. work-out
at the local Sport club nearby in Gilford. Go antiquing. Window shop
at the Tanger Mall, and choose from a dozen places for lunch.

Centrally located in mid NH (The Lakes Region) for short 45minute auto
day trips to all the New Hampshire popular attractions, even the
seashore. A visit to Historic Boston and Boston Harbor is a direct
ride about 1 1/2 hrs down Interstate93.

Quiet small town rural locale, but centrally located for short auto
trips to all the Whites mountain trails, waterfalls and small New
England Towns. New Hampshire activities and most popular attractions.
Five minutes to supermarkets, and several malls, movie theater,
pizza shops, great restaurants. Weirs Beach is ten minutes away.
Twenty minutes to large Tanger discount shoppinig mall. Lots of
activities.

WINTER SEASON - SKI AND SKATE HOLIDAYS: start Christmas week and go
thru end of First half of March is $1000 weekly Ask for full season
discount.

SUMMER SEASON - SUN AND SWIM HOLIDAYS: start MID JUNE, AND JULY,
AUGUST TO MID SEPT $2000 weekly or Negotiable for the Month.


OFF SEASON IS Last half of March, April, May, Beginning of June,

Sept., whole month Oct., Nov., Dec., $1000

EXCEPTION: SCHOOL HOLIDAY WEEKS in NOV. DEC. JAN. FEB are $1200
weekly.
