Great 3/2/2 private home w/pool and screed lanai on waterfront
(canal). Fully furnished including W/D, dishes, linens. Home is on
a canal w/dock to keep boat. Canal has direct access to Tampa Bay,
fishing and several restaurants including Bahama Breeze and
Hula Bay. Great Kayaking from your backyard. 12 miles to beach. 15
minutes to Busch Gardens-Lowry Park Zoo--MOSI--Aquarium. Minutes to
the staduims, Tampa Bay Downs and the Tampa Trail -- great biking, kayaking,
walking and rollerblading. Close to several malls and numerous
restaurants, grocery stores. 12 miles from downtown Tampa. 1 hour
from Disney. Approximately 7 miles from Tampa International Airport.

House is furnished with 3 Queen beds and has two living areas, one with a large screen TV. Couches are NOT for extra sleeping accomodations. Six person MAXIMUM occupancy.

We do not keep the vacation rental calender.

pool, screened lanai, gas grill.   Flat Screen TV in main living room.  Beautiful view of the canal from the lanai and living room.

We have Brighthouse WI-FI Internet access.

Kayak rental will deliver, or you can bring your own boat. Sometimes you can watch the manatees and dolphins swim in the canal. Fish off the canal or just relax in the sun.   

Boating - Fishing - Kayaking, Shopping - Dining, both land & waterfront - some great restaurants nearby. Nearby grocery stores.  Jet ski rentals on bay - 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Glazer Childrens Museum, MOSI - 12 miles to beach (Honeymoon Island, Dunedin) - 1 hour to Disney -- Approximately 7 miles from Tampa International Airport. 

Rental rates vary ($975-$1,500 per week), rates may be higher depending on season, special events, holidays and length of stay.

No cats, birds, reptiles.
