Cottage sleeps 8 – 10 with three bedrooms and 2 full baths:
- King size bed in the master bedroom that overlooks the lake
- 2 twin beds and a queen bed in the other second floor bedroom
- Queen size bed in the first floor bedroom
- Queen size pull-out couch in the living room

Less than 3 hours drive from Chicago and Detroit.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Partially
finished walk-out basement with ping pong table. Other features
include forced air heat throughout, gas fireplace, TV with DVD/VCR,
wireless Internet, W/D, and gas grill.

Newly decorated and furnished in 2006 with new mattresses,
furniture, fresh paint, etc. No pets or smoking. Maximum of 10
guests and four cars overnight.

Come enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan with all the fun of Grand
Haven and West Michigan at your fingertips….

Take a short walk to the local park with large play structure or go
in the opposite direction to watch the boats coming through the
channel.

A leisurely walk or bike ride will bring you to a larger park with
tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, and hiking
trails.

A longer bike ride or short drive (4 miles) will bring you to
downtown Grand Haven to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and the famous
boardwalk.

Golfers can take advantage of the many renowned courses in the area.

Other local attractions include miniature golf, amusement park,
fishing, hunting, boating, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, jet
skiing, and cross country skiing

2010 Rates
Summer: $850 Tues PM June 1 - Sat AM June 5, $1800 week of June 5, $2000 week of June 12 and 19
$2200 per week rest of summer. Full week (Saturday to Saturday) rentals only.

Spring/Fall: 3-day minimum. $750 for three days up to $1500 for full week.

50% deposit required to hold your spot. $200 refundable security deposit.
