This beautiful condominium, located at Regatta II, has 2,100
square feet and a wonderful view of the Bay. DSL wireless is
available in the unit. It is a light, airy condominium with three
bedrooms and three full baths. The living room opens to the large,
furnished lanai overlooking the bay and contains a large cable TV,
DVD, VCR and stereo CD Player. The master bedroom has a king bed,
TV, DVD, its own large bath with a double sink, shower stall and
tub,
a large walk-in closet, and opens to the lanai. The 2nd bedroom has
twin beds and its own bath with a shower stall. The 3rd bedroom has
a queen bed and TV, with access to a full bath. There is a large,
fully equipped kitchen with a pantry that
opens to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room with a
sink. No pets are allowed. This is a smoke-free condo.

Our condominium is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton
Hotel, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. There is an indoor
garage space right next to the elevator for ease in taking groceries
or other items up to the condo, and additional outside parking is
available for guests. The condo is in a gated entry building. There
is a large waterfall pool with a refrigerator and a grill area where
you can keep drinks or food by the pool while you are swimming.
There is also a reading and wading pool, a clubhouse, a party room,
a
fitness center, spa and jacuzzi. It is near the Pavilion
Shopping Center with movie theatres and restaurants, and is also
near
the post office, tennis courts, park, library and the Philharmonic
Concert Hall. There are many wonderful gourmet restaurants and
terrific shopping nearby.
