Family room featrues a 12 ft. sliding glass door overlooking ocean. Enjoy your private, screened balcony with your coffee, watch the sunrise or just relax in the chaise lounges. Master bath is large & romantic with garden tub, double sinks & shower. Washer & dryer are located inside unit. Recently redecorated with your enjoyment in mind to include Wireless internet, TV's in every bedroom and a new 50" HD TV in family room. There is an outside elevator, or you may take the steps to your private covered entrance porch. Sunsets can be enjoyed with views of the intracoastal from the front entrance porch. Guest book provided with dining, shopping, golf & other entertainment information. Only 30 minutes to Daytona & St. Augustine, 90 minutes to Orlando.

South Beach Condo's are located on the south end of Flagler Beach,
almost in Ormond Beach. There are two state parks on both sides,
keeping the beach very private & secluded. This quaint town does not
have a McDonald's or fast food. Instead, you will enjoy some of the
best cooked meals by many of our long time family owned resturants.
Heated Pool for your enjoyment in the cooler months and a private
walkway to beach.

Many of Florida's finest Golf course's nearby. Guest directory offers
directions, or inquire for some of our favorite's.
Surfing, swimming, great beach walking--Bring your flash lite for
night walk's, & you might find a sea turtle nesting! This is also an
area where the whale's migrate during the cooler months, so bring
your binoculars! Marineland (15 min.) offers great shows without the
crowds!
Local shops are wonderful or if you prefer St. Augustine outlets are
30 min.away. Daytona Speedway & Dog Track are also closeby. Orlando
is about 90 minutes away if prefer Disney or Universal.

Monthly $1800.00 - $2500.00 (June & July are reserved for weekly rentals)
Cleaning & 11% sales tax are in addition to Base price
Fall/Winter Specials Available Sept 10th thru Dec 31st. $950.00 per week includes all fees. Monthy discounts also available for that time frame.
