boutiques of Nolita and the East Village, the just opened New Museum 
(which has Bono and David Bowie on its board) is just blocks away, the 
bars of the Lower East Side, and the best restaurants in the city in 
the West Village! The subway is at your front door and most of the 
others are just a couple blocks away!This spot couldn't be easier or 
more centrally located! Even midtown is only 10 minutes by subway in 
case you want to stay here on a business trip! Do you want to live
