$245.00-$285.00 per night – low season;
$295.00 - $455.00 per night season.

Memorial Day, Labor Day, Marathon weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years –
additional $60.00 charge per night. At all times, for three guests or more there is an
additional charge. No arrivals or departures on Dec. 25, 31 or Jan. 1.

3-night minimum. Ask about 1-night stays for last-minute availability and reduced rates for
longer stays. City, state and hotel taxes (13.375% + $3.50 per night) are additional.
