Vacation Rental Description

Casa Ladera is our two level, comfortably furnished tropical style 
home located just 25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta.  Our hillside 
house overlooks the beautiful mile long, palm-lined, white sand 
beach of Playa San Francisco with unobstructed views of the ocean, 
sunset and mountains to the south.  An easy stroll down our 
cobblestone street brings you onto the beach and a half mile walk 
takes you into the village of San Francisco, known locally as San 
Pancho.

The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living 
area, laundry room and half bath.  Downstairs are two air-
conditioned bedrooms each with en suite bath.  Both bedrooms have 
king size beds which can convert into individuals for family or 
friends travelling together. Spacious patios and a plunge pool 
provide ample space for outdoor living. Casa Ladera is complete with 
everything to make your vacation enjoyable and hassle free. 

Our staff, Joel & Livier, provide housekeeping, garden and pool care 
and breakfast preparation if you desire.  They are also available 
based on their personal schedule to prepare and serve a memorable 
dinner at an additional cost.  You will find many good restaurants 
in San Pancho and the nearby town of Sayulita.  There are also two 
restaurants located in our residental area: Wahoo's at the Costa 
Azul Hotel and MarPlata, the new upscale restaurant located just 
across the street.

There are many activities in the immediate San Pancho area including 
jungle walks, beach combing, horseback riding, surfing, whale 
watching (in season) or we recommend trying our favorite sport - 
Doing Nothing!  Whatever you decide a vacation at Casa Ladera is an 
uncrowded, unhurried and unforgettable adventure on Mexico's blue 
coast.

Please Note: If there are more than 4 in your group ask about the 
availability of renting the casita!

La Casita is a self-contained unit on the same property and has 
custom king size bed, bath, kitchen/dining and large covered patio 
with spectacular view.  With Casa Ladera and La Casita we can 
accommodate up to 6.

Vacation Rental Amenities

High Speed wireless DSL; Air conditioned bedrooms, refreshing plunge 
pool, screens on windows and doors, Gas BBQ, CD/Stereo, TV/VCR/DVD, 
purified water filter system, full kitchen with microwave, 
toaster/broiler, coffee maker, juicer, cookware and utensils, 
washer/dryer, beach towels, beach sand chairs and umbrella, off 
street parking, linens provided, library of books, games, video 
tapes and music.

Jungle walks, Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Horseback riding, 
Golf, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Boating, Surfing, 
Whale Watching, Sea Turtle Nursery, Day spa/massage or doing nothing!

Vacation Rental Rates

June/July/August "Summer Special" $1000/week: With Casita $1850/week

May - October:      $175/night  $1150/week:  With Casita  $2100/week
November - April:   $230/night  $1500/week:  With Casita  $2550/week
Christmas/New Year: Available only with Casita $2850/week (7 night 
minimum - 50% deposit required to confirm).
Rates include tax.
$500 Deposit per week required to confirm reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  3 night minimum stay.
