Vacation Rental Description

Cinnamon Beach® is located on the Palm Coast of Florida. This  
convenient location provides residents with a vast variety of  
shopping, entertainment, dining, and cultural opportunities. The old- 
world charm of St. Augustine, America's oldest city, is approximately  
20 minutes north. Approximately eight miles farther down the road is  
World Golf Village® – home to the World Golf Hall of Fame®, which  
features 70 separate exhibits that pay tribute to the game. And  
nearby Ponte Vedra Beach plays host to the THE PLAYERS Championship  
at the Sawgrass TPC Stadium Course. 
 
Daytona Beach is approximately a half-hour drive to the south.  
Titusville, home of the Kennedy Space Center, is also to the south.  
And the nightlife, events, and attractions of the big city are about  
an hour away in Orlando and Jacksonville.

granite counters, spacious dining and living room area with a 42"  
LDC. The condo offer spectacular view of the ocean and 8th  
green.  The master suite has a king sized bed with direct view of  
hole #8 green and the Atlantic Ocean and an LDC TV.  Direct access to  
the balcony is from  the living room.  Master bath has a separate  
garden tub and shower with separate his and her vanities. First guest  
room has a queen sized bed and the second has two twins.  Each room  
is tastefully decorated and equipped with LDC TV's/VCR & DVD.  The  
unit has a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.  The  
family room overlooks the golf course and ocean and has plenty of  
seating and is perfect for unwinding. The condo is  
fully equipped to accommodate any need.  Relax on the balcony which  
overlooks the green and the ocean and casually observe the golfers  
negotiate the 185 yd par three as they drive directly toward the  
ocean.  Here there is seating for 6 for dining or enjoying your  
favorite cocktail. 
 
This unit is accessible from the covered parking by stair or  
elevator and just a few steps to the dune crossover to the cinnamon  
colored beach.

There are 4 additional courses within a few minutes drive - Palm  
Harbor, Matanzas Woods, Pine Lakes, and Cypress Knoll.  Minutes  
away is Highway A1A with access to the Intercoastal waterway and  
more challenging golf courses.   
 
Nearby attractions include Marineland - 10 minutes; America's oldest  
city - St. Augustine 30 minutes; St. Augustine Beach - 20 minutes;  
World Golf Village 30 minutes; Jacksonville/Jacksonville Beach 60  
minutes; Ponte Vedra 75 minutes; Orlando and all it's attractions -  
75 minutes; Daytona Beach 30 - 45 minutes; Space Coast 60 minutes.
