or take a stroll to your private (keyed) access oceanfront beach.
Located about 2-1/2 miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and
close to the Island’s great restaurants, clubs, shopping and many
activities.

The first floor townhouse features a spacious living room with a
large TV, stereo,DVD, VCR, as well as beautiful clean living
room,dining room, and kitchen. There are glass sliding doors from
the living room opening to the enclosed courtyard outside. The two
carpeted bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is fully equipped
with a king bed TV and VCR. The 2nd bedroom is fully equipped with
2 single beds. The living room contains a pullout, queen size sofa
bed for additional guests and a recliner. All linens are provided.
There is a full bathroom and dressing room upstairs and a second
full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker,
toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The house also
features a large enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs ,
and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The Townhouse is 75 yards from the Atlantic Ocean, on beautiful
Hutchinson Island. Water recreation, swimming and surf fishing.

nearby.
