Vacation Rental Description

The Mayan Sea Garden Hotel Resort is located approximatly 4 and one
half miles North of the city of Mazatlan on the main thorofare that
runs parallel to the beach.  Not too far from shopping and other
attractions of the city but, far enough out to be away from the crowds
and curious tourists that pack some of the other hotels and resorts
closeer to the city.  Enjoy any of three pools.  One has a waterfall
at one end and another is covered and heated. 
The beach is clean and beautiful and offers activities for nearly
everyone.  You can parasail in your street cloths if that is your cup
of tea and not even get wet.  The beautiful resteraunt in the hotel is
open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 pm.  It features individual table service
or a buffet that rivals any buffet on the planet.  For those who wish
to prepare food in their unit, there is a super market across the
street. from the hotel. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the convenience of a money exchange in the hotel lobby or brouse
in the the well stocked boutique just off of the lobby.  There is bar
service in the
resteraunt, at pool side, or on the beach.  Test your skills at the pool
table or enjoy a game of tennis.  A gym is available for your use with
first class equipment.  If you want to shop or just get out
and see the sights around the city and beyond, cab service is available
at the door or if you are on a budget, bus service is just a short
walk to the street.  Varied supervised activities are available for
the young ones in the kids club while you relax on the beach.

Your unit has a kitchenette and includes all of the facilities found
in your kitchen at home including table service.  

Activities and Attractions

Activities at the Mayan Sea Garden include but are not limited to
parasailing on the beach, smimming, dance lessons, volleyball, video
games, internet access, pool,
bingo at pool side, pottery painting and other fun things to do. 
Check with the activities director apon arrival.  Welcome to the Mayan
Sea Garden Resort Hotel, an unforgetable experience that you will
surely enjoy.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $950:00 to $1250:00 per week (which includes any maintenence
fees)depending on the season payable in U. S. dollars at the tine
reservations are made.  Reservations should be made preferably at
least thirty
days in advance.  Reservations may be made on an "instant basis"
subject to availability on a minimum of two and a maximum of ten days
notice.  Reservations may be canceled up to thirty days of your
scheduled arrival.  In the event of a cancelation of a reservation
with less than thirty days notice, no refunds will be forthcoming. 
Instant reservations may not be canceled without forfiture of all
monies.  Weeks run from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or
Sunday to Sunday.  Check in time is before 5:00 P.M. and check out
time is 10:00 A.M.  Please feel free to call or e-mail to discuss
