poised on the top floor of an oceanfront luxury complex, and its front 
door opens onto the sands of Mission Beach.  Its three large windows 
in the living room offer a generous 180 degree view of the sparkly 
blue ocean, the long sandy beach and unobstructed golden sunsets each 
and every night. This is the only unit in the building with views to 
the North, West and South!  Surfing, swimming, sight-seeing, 
people-watching, and Sea World... It's all right here!  CALL TODAY TO

This Non-Smoking, luxury condo is in the perfect location in the  
center of Mission Beach; convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and  
family activities abound. San Diego International Airport is just a  
short drive or taxi ride. Restaurants and activites are mostly within  
walking distance or a short bike ride.  
 
There is a master bedroom with a two queen size beds, separate  
bathroom and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom has another  
queen size bed to maximize sleeping space. The livingroom has a  
leather couch and a matching ottoman, large screen television and  
hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is new, with granite  
countertops and maple cabinetry, complete with everything you need to  
be self-sufficient...even a washer/dryer. The living room looks right  
out on the beach, but if you choose to watch TV, there is a Big  
Screen with full cable channels, VCR/DVD player, stereo system and  
comfortable seating for the whole family. This condo was recently  
renovated and feels like new!  
 
San Diego, America's finest city, is a great vacation destination and  
Mission Beach is in the center of it all. Make the beach your home  
for a few days, a week, or a month!  
 
For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products  
to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be  
placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order  
plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel

Within 3 steps from the door, you will be on the long sandy beach of  
Mission Beach, wher eyou will enjoy boogieboarding, snad castle  
building, surfing, sun bathing, swimming, sea shell searching or just  
relaxing near the water.  This home is the perfect spot for your sun- 
filled vacation at the beach.  You can park you car and never get in  
it again if you wanted to.  We are also minutes from Sea World,  
Belmont Park and The San Diego Zoo.  Also close to Legoland, Balboa  
Park and all other San Diego attractions.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Discount Book any of the dates between NOW and March 1, 2008 at 
the rate of $250/night! 
 
$2,600/week or $435/night during the Fall Season (September 9 - 30, 2007) 
$2,150/week, $358/night or $6,900/month during the Winter Season 
(October 1, 2007- May 2, 2008) 
$3,000/week or $500/night during the Thanksgiving and Christmas 
Holiday Weeks 
$2,600/week or $435/night during the Spring Season (May 3 - June 14, 2008) 
$3,500/week or $585/night during the Memorial Day Holiday Week 
(Saturday - Saturday only) 
$3,400/week during the Summer Season (June 15 - September 13, 2008 :: 
Saturday - Saturday only) 
$4,500/week during the 4th of July Holiday Week (Saturday - Saturday only) 
 
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or refundable 
security deposit 
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter season and 
Saturday - Saturday rentals during the summer
