Vacation Rental Description

The Solus House is your retreat to Shasta Lake. This 3,000 sq ft 
home is located on your own private 10 acres overlooking the Salt 
Creek arm of the lake. Come here and enjoy all this area has to 
offer. You can lay around the beautiful inground pebble pool or take 
a nature walk through the tall pines. Extensive decking surround the 
pool and home with plenty of room for BBQing or just relaxing with 
friends and family. There is also plenty of room for your vehicles 
and boat parking. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom 
upstairs has a California King sized bed,with full bathroom and it's 
own private balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the Salt 
Creek arm of the lake. The other two bedrooms upstairs  provide 
queen sized beds and share a full bathroom and a balcony with 
mountain views. The bedroom downstairs has a California King sized 
bed with a full bathroom across the hall and a slider that opens up 
to the trex decking that surrounds the home.
The pool is a beautiful Pebble Tec pool over looking the lake. There 
is also a game room equipped with air hockey, pool table and ping 
pong table for all your gaming fun.
The kitchen is equipped to handle all your cooking needs, with a gas 
range,microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker,gas BBQ and a two door 
commerical fridge. We also provide a beer keg fridge, so let us know 
what kind of beer you want, and it will be tapped and chilled upon 
your arrival.

water-skiing, boating, hiking, mountian biking, snow-skiing (Mt 
Shasta 40 min away),fishing, swimming .

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008 Special- $500 dollars off our weekly rentals
With the cost of gas on the rise the Solus House would like to offer $500 off our weekly rentals
to make it more affordable to come and stay and play on the Lake 
SUMMER:Memorial Day thru Labor Day (Christmas, New Years & 
Thanksgiving)$3,800 per week, one week minimum + 10%tot tax
FALL, WINTER, SPRING: $2,500 per week or $375 per night, three night 
minimum. All reservations require a $500 refundable security 
deposit,and 10%tot tax. One-half of the rental fee plus the deposit 
is required to reserve the Solus House, 45 days before your arrival 
the remainder is due(if when making your reservation,your vaction 
date is less than 45 days away the full amount is due at that time.)
CANCELLATIONS: Within 45 days or more: full refund, less $50 
processing fee. Within 30-44 days: refund of deposit and 50% of 
total refund amount. Within 0-29 days: refund of deposit only.
