Two bedroom / two bath fully furnished updated condo located on Gulf 
side of Peppertree Bay complex on Siesta Key.  1,100 square feet unit 
with full kitchen and all amenities. Indoor parking under unit with a 
1 ˝ car garage.  Just a minutes walk to Private Beach Access on the 
World-Famous, Powdery White Sands of Crescent Beach.  Relaxing lanai 
has table for four and overlooks peaceful pond setting with 
fountain.  Family room area has a 32” TV with video, DVD and CD 
players.  Master bedroom has king size bed with master bathroom and 
television with DVD.  Second bedroom has two twin size beds plus a 
television.  Dining area has table with four chairs while the kitchen 
has an eating area with two chairs.  This unit is on the second floor 
of a two-story building.  A laundry room is located within the unit.  
All linens and towels are furnished, including beach towels.
