Condominium - 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bath penthouse (sleeps 6-maximum of 8 per fire code) 
approx. 1500 sq. ft. condo with 2 King Beds on main level. The master retreat 
offers dual sinks, skylight and luxury tub with whirlpool. The 3rd bedroom,
loft area w/2 Twin beds and bath overlook the living area from the Juliet 
balcony. The sun room is suitable for year-round living and overlooks the pond,
fountain and brook plus some views of the Pointe Royale golf course. 
Located less than 3 miles from the famous Branson strip where you 
will find all the shopping, food and shows that Branson has to offer!
NO SMOKING & NO PETS!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless High Speed Internet, 4-telephones, 4-Cable TV's, 4-DVD & VCR's,
4-Ceiling fans, Whirlpool tub in Master Bathroom, Central Air Conditioning,

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-May 15th.........$135/night plus 1X $75 cleaning fee, 
                     $850/7-night week, all fees included.
May 16th-Sept. 5th...$195/night plus 1X $75 cleaning fee,
                     $1200/7-night week, all fees included. 
Sept. 6th-Dec........$150/night plus 1X $75 cleaning fee,
                     $950/7-night week, all fees included.  
** $100 deposit required for booking. Add additional 3% if paying by Credit Card.
PRICES ALREADY INCLUDE 11.6% tax(2 night minimum)
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy: Can cancel up to two weeks before your stay.
                                Within two weeks, we keep the deposit.
