Vacation Rental Description

Spacious 6 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,800 sq. ft. lakefront home 
available on Canandaigua Lake. The Lake House comfortably sleeps 20 
people and is perfect for family reunions and multi-family getaways. 
The expansive layout of this house makes it ideal for vacationing 
with kids, multiple families and couples. House features: air 
conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 3 televisions, 3 
vcr/dvd players, cable television, 2 stereos, two separate living 
rooms with televisions and game room with ping pong table. Outside 
Features: lake level lot, mooring buoy, dock, parking for 7 cars, 
huge patio and lakefront yard, fire pit, 2 hammocks, new patio 
furniture with two tables and two umbrellas, croquet, rafts, canoe 
and 
frisbee golf!

Bedroom Descriptions 

Downstairs Bedroom 1: The first floor bedroom is off of the main 
entry and is equipped with a queen bed and a crib.

Upstairs Master Bedroom: With a private bath, this bedroom offers 
incredible views of the lake, a queen bed, twin bed, ceiling fan and 
bathtub

Upstairs Sunset Bedroom: With huge windows facing west across the 
lake and north up the shoreline, this view is unmatched; enjoy 
amazing sunsets and privacy. This bedroom also has a queen bed, twin 
bed and ceiling fan.

Back Bedroom 1: This quaint bedroom was just refinished and has a 
full bed with large windows.

Back Bedroom 2: Identical to the back bedroom 1, this room has a 
full bed, television, VCR and cable.

The Bunk Room: You can’t have a vacation home without a bunkroom for 
the kids! With two sets of bunkbeds, a full futon and two single 
foldout futons, this room is perfect for the kids to slumber. 
Located above the attached garage, you can entertain in other areas 
of the house and never wake the kids!
