Vacation Rental Description

This new beautiful open floor plan cedar log cabin is located on a  
naturally secured island.  A safe home environment. Three bedrooms,  
a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, two bedrooms with a  
set of twin beds plus. A large first floor bathroom with shower and  
tub plus a 1/2 bath on the second floor.  There is a loft and cat  
walk and open porch  It has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer  
and dryer.  The cabin is lighted daily by 4 large ventable skylites.  
Sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances are provided.  This  
community is accessable by a frequent 7 minute car ferry.  Each  
round trip is $20.00 without residence tickets.       
     

Vacation Rental Amenities

It is situated on a quiet natural wooded lot with flower beds  
visited frequently by natures deer and birds (our dream log cabin in  
the woods). Yet, it is located close by the pool and tennis courts.  
Just a 5 minite walk to the beaches (12 accessable beaches on all  
sides of the island on beautiful clear Sebago Lake with mountain  
views). 

Activities and Attractions

Frye Is is a small town community available to you 9 hole golf  
course with club house, waterfront cafe & take out resturant, a  
general store, ice cream stand, community activity center(billards  
and ping pong, community dinners, exercise classes, crafts, Sunday  
church services, library etc), basketball courts, play ground,  
baseball field, boat launch, walking trails and miles of biking  
roads.  Minutes off island communities offer miniture golf,  
amusement parks, Walmart, Olive Garden.  We are one hour from an  
ocean adventure, Maine's LL Bean or N Conway NH shopping community,  
Brunswick,Ogunquit playhouse and 2 1/2 hours from Boston and Fenway  
Park.  You make the plan!
