Floor to ceiling views of the Pacific Ocean greet you as you arrive at Ocean's Edge, an ocean front beach house perched on hill in Oceanside. Ocean's Edge offers guests a Columbian Craftsman style home with 14 foot ceilings and exposed beams. The expansive 60 foot wrap-around deck has an outdoor hot tub and fire pit overlooking the ocean. The house has a quiet sun room - an ideal nook for reading. This amazing home has plenty of space to entertain but is designed with perfect places for quiet time. Sandy beaches and amazing tide pools make Ocean's Edge, the perfect retreat for families, couples and friends. The home has luxury linens and overstuffed furniture enhance the ocean views from nearly every room.
The home sleeps 12. However, bedding and dining can accommodate twelve guests depending on the mix of adults and children and privacy requirements.
Children: Welcome - however we do not provide high chairs, cribs or other items for young children.

• Beach combing and collecting shells and agates
• Picking berries during late summer season
• Antiquing up and down the coast
• Boating out of the local marina
• Kayaking and canoeing in the bay (the ocean is a bit rough and has dangerous rip tides)
• Wind Surfing
• Golfing in public 9 hole course - not approved for PGA tornaments
• Collecting stones and shell on local beaches
• Walking for miles on local beaches
• Bicycling on the many miles of bike paths up and down the coast
• Surfing - Wind or board (bring a wet suit)

PAYMENT POLICIES

• RATES: Subject to change prior to receipt of Initial Deposit.
• CURRENCY: All rates in US dollars.
• CREDIT CARDS: Master and VISA cards accepted for both deposit and balance payments via Wells Fargo Bank secure web site.
• CHECKS: Checks accepted if received with sufficient time to clear your bank before arrival date.
• INITIAL PAYMENT (Hold): A deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• BALANCE PAYMENT (Confirmed): 4 weeks prior to your arrival, you must submit the remaining balance to confirm your reservation.
• SHORT NOTICE RESERVATIONS: The full amount is immediately due at the time of making the reservation.
• RENTAL POLICIES:
• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Earlier checking may be considered if house is vacant the night before.
• CHILDREN AND INFANTS: Welcome - Guest must provide for any required traveling, eating, bathing, and sleeping items for infants and small children.
• PETS (Inquire): If approved, there is a $60.00 non-refundable fee.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Half of the security deposit is forfeited if there is evidence of smoking on the property.
• ACCESSIBILITY: There are no handicap facilities. However, the main level of house (with Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Bathroom and Bedroom) is one step from street level. The main floor bathroom tub/shower has a grab bar.
• HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. The property is cleaned just prior to your arrival.
• CAPACITY: Rentals are based on 10 persons. There is a $20.00 per person per night charge for each additional guest.
• -- REFUNDS: $35.00 refund charge for all and any cancellations. Full refund available if cancellation made 60 days prior to stay.
