Accommodations include a beautifully furnished 2,500 sq. ft. Ranch
Home consisting 3 Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins + Convertible Sofa
(sleeps 8-10) with 2 Full Baths. The house is professionally decorated
with original Philip Mann artwork displayed on the walls. "The Egret
Hole" is conveniently located within walking distance of Super
Walmart or you can use the golfcart to get around.
This GolfVacationHouse features a split bedroom plan and Great Room with 4 sliding doors opening up to the Lanai, which is screened in and recently updated with a large private Jacuzzi spa/pool and extra room. Included on the lanai is a large glass patio set for 6, TV and gas barbeque overlooking the lake and the 14th hole of the golf course. Full kitchen includes Microwave, Disposal,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Glass top range, Washer and
Dryer. Cooking Utensils and Linens are provided. Storm Protection
with Accordion Hurricane Shutters easily covers all windows for
maximum protection. A small safe is included in master closet. No smoking is allowed in the house. Smoking is only permitted on the Lanai or Patio. We are on Digital Cable with Flat screen TVs in each room and Lanai.. Music channels are in the 400 number ranges. Wireless for internet is also available. Golf cart and screened in garage with garage opener are available. Gate clicker and mailbox also available. Heat for our pool is an extra charge but Community pool and spa are heated year round. Lawn is maintained by service company and garbage pickup is on Tuesdays.

Walmart is located just outside the gate also with in walking
distance. Beautiful Englewood beach is a 10 minute drive for that
perfect sunset.

tarpon, redfish, grouper or other seafood delicacies. Visit the
historic "Boca Grande" Lighthouse and enjoy a round of golf on the
Oyster Creek Executive Golf Course.
The club house at Oyster Creek is immaculate. The greens, which are
beautifully manicured and quite sloped, are as big as the greens on
par-72 courses. There is also water in play on 13 of the eighteen
holes. If you like a short three-hour romp of enjoyable golf, Oyster
Creek is the place to be. The course is well kept, the staff cheery
and helpful, and the greens play like those on the bigger courses.

Beaches:
Manasota Beach
If you follow Manasota Beach Road west to the Gulf, you'll find it!
Blind Pass Beach
This beach is located in the center of Manasota Key (north of Beach
Road, and south of Manasota Beach Road). The bay side offers many
coves for fishing or kayaking.
Lemon Bay Park
Visit the butterfly garden, picnic sites and nature trails at this
park located on Lemon Bay, north of Dearborn street in Olde Englewood.
Indian Mounds Park
Located on Lemon Bay, south of Dearborn street in Olde Englewood.
Englewood Public Beach
Located on Manasota Key at the west end of Beach Road.
Stump Pass Beach State Recreation Area
Located at the south end of Manasota Key. Stump Pass beach offers
something for everyone. If you're prepared to take a walk, you can
find pristine beaches with few other visitors on the Gulf side of the
peninsula, or water sports and activity on the Lemon Bay side of the
peninsula!
Cedar Point Environmental Center
Located on the shores of Lemon Bay on Placida Road, this park boasts
88 acres with five marked hiking trails through Southwest Florida
pine flatwoods, oak scrub, salt flats, and the mangrove fringe of
Lemon Bay. American bald eagles and gopher tortoises, as well as many
endangered plants are found here.
Don Pedro Island State Recreation Area
This park can be reached only by boat. Located on the barrier island
of Don Pedro, you'll need to travel south of Stump Pass on the I.C.W.
just past the "no-wake zone" and make a quick right at the brown
State Park sign. About 20 boat slips await you at the docks. A short
walk across the island takes you to a huge covered and several
barbecue grills.
Gasparilla Island State Recreation Area
Cross the bridge to Gasparilla Island and travel to the tip of the
island. Located on Boca Grande Pass, where Charlotte Harbor enters
the Gulf of Mexico, this park boasts a lighthouse built in 1890.
Swimming, fishing and picnicing are popular activities.
Cayo Costa State Park
This park occupies most of Cayo Costa Island located directly south
of Boca Grande. Accessible only by boat, the natural features of the
island are stunning. Miles of beaches, acres of pine forests, oak
palm hammocks, mangrove swamps and a spectacular display of bird life
welcome visitors.

A Security deposit of $500 per couple is required. Rental price for "The Egret
Hole" is set at $3000 (With NO Pets) or $3500 per month (With Small
Pets), and is available only from September thru April 1st.
Minimum THREE Month Rental is required By Gated Community Covenants
