Our lovely Villa is situated off the US highway 27 in the Florida
Pines community. It has a Master Bedroom with a dressing table and
ensuite bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms both have twin
beds with close access to the second bathroom. All bedrooms have
walkin closets/hangers bedside tables/lamps and clocks. The open
plan living area has a formal dining area and a comfitable 3 piece
suite, coffee tables and lamps,TV/video and cd/radio. The Villa is
decorated in light pastel colours giving it a fresh airy feel and
has pictures and floral arrangements throughout. The living area has
patio doors which slide open onto the patio and pool. The pool
furniture consists of a table/four chairs and four sunloungers and
the pool is screened with a door either end for exit. The kitchen is
to the left as you come through the front door and has a breakfast
area, a bar area with 2 stools, a notice board with lots of info and
all the usual kitchen appliances. To the left of the kitchen is a
door leading to the garage which houses the washing machine/tumble
dryer.

15mins/Universal/ Sea world/Busch gardens. There are numerous golf
courses close by. Travel north of H27 to the sleepy but picturesque
Clermont which has a lovely National State Park with lakes and a
swimming area. Look for Publix supermarket and a massive new Walmart
on the way to Clermont. Also travelling north of the H27 is the turn
off for the popular 192 with plenty of shops, restaurants and the
wonderful Old Town which is a must on a Friday/Saturday night with
classic car parades/bands/music and fair ground rides. The waffle
house on the H27 is the best for breakfast. Beef O Bradys sports bar
is just a mile away. For those who love shopping theres Florida
Mall, Beltz, Premium Outlet all close by.
