Sunset Cottage is located on North Captiva Island which is only accessible by a regular water taxi service from the mainland or by small plane. There are no cars on this Peaceful Island, only golf carts and bikes as the mode of transportation.

North Captiva Island is known for its pristine white beaches and some of the best shelling and fishing in the world. There are 5 miles of beautiful beaches to walk on North Captiva, two-thirds of which border a 700-acre state land preserve. Enjoy walking for miles and not seeing any signs of civilization except the footprints you leave in the sand. Many rare, colorful shells can be found along the shoreline.

Sunset Cottage is a newly decorated luxury two bedroom home that is constructed and furnished to the highest standards. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twins which can be converted into a second king bed and the sofa also converts into a roll out bed, to sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Enjoy coffee on your own screened patio off the kitchen overlooking your own private pool and hot tub nestled in the palm trees or from the 1,000 sq. ft. roof-top observation deck watch the sunset over the emerald green waters of the  Gulf of Mexico.
