sit on your back patio and relax on the water. If you would like a

This spacious condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. There
is a queen bed and TV in the master and two twin beds in the other
bedroom. Downstairs has the living room, a half bath, and a full
kitchen and dining room.
Activities are ready for you when you walk through the doors. Head to
the backyard and wait for your boat to arrive or just stroll down to
the beach which is only half a mile away. How about sitting on your
boat dock and fishing for some Redfish or Trout? Or just enjoy an
amazing Sunset while listening to the waves crash on the beach. If
this sounds great to you, then this is the place for you. Just sit

Off Season: October-February - $140 per night, $800/week, $1500/month
$1350/month if staying a minimum of 2 months during off season
$175 Deposit with reservation - Refundable only if cancelled withing
30 days of check-in.
Balance is due 10 days before check-in.
$50 cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals.
Pet fee: $10 per pet, per day (limit of 2 pets)
