Ballard at the turn of the century has been renovated into a 
professionally decorated shabby chic home. In retaining its original 
charm by adding some local salvaged furnishings, this property is 
perfect for the ultimate getaway. Situated on a creek in Ballard, 
with a large backyard, it is ideal for entertaining or just private 
relaxation. The home includes several small herb gardens, fountains 
and sitting areas.  There are two al fresco dining areas, and a 
jacuzzi deck that overhangs the creek that runs all year long.  The 
main cottage has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft 
media area.  The charming bunk house sleeps 2 and has a full bath, 
great for children.
