Badin lakefront Escape in Badin Lake

Nestled in the Uwharrie National Forest this lakefront home offers
breathtaking sunsets and peaceful quiet mornings. Three spacious
bedrooms are on the upper level with a large full bath. Two bedrooms
have a breathtaking lake view. On the lake level is the gathering
room, kitchen and another full bath opening to a grandious stone
wrap around porch. A dock and wading area to the lake compliment any
level of swimmer. A canoe is available to enjoy fishing and the
serenity of the lake's 115 miles of shoreline.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and bed linens. Cable
Television, DVD player, games for those rare rainy afternoons. The
dock has room for 2 boats to tie up with a ladder to access deep
water. Life jackets are available and a canoe for 2 adults and 2
children. A propane grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit for an
evening camp fire. Parking for up to 4 cars and a boat launch within
walking distance. NOTE: New this year the house is now powered by Solar.

The lakefront home is located in the heart of Badin Lake. Surrounded
by over 5,000 acres of Uwharrie Nat'l Forest. Badin is one of the
deepest lakes in NC and is a fishermans paradise. There are trophy
Bass, Stripers and Catfish at the end of the dock. Located 60 miles
east of Charlotte. There are 2 marinas on the lake offering dining,
supplies and rentals of water crafts. Badin Lake is in the heart of
the Pottery Trail of NC. There is local golf, fishing, water sports,
horseback riding and hiking. For a night out join the locals at
the "I don't Care" Restaurant or Cripple Creek club. The greatest
asset is the quiet solitude watching the sunset from the porch.

Your escape home is available for a full week Saturday to Saturday
for $1000, 3 nights for $500 and additional night of $175 during the
months of April through October. Minimal rental is 3 nights.
During off season Nov - March 31, the prices are $850 a week, $400
for 3 nights and $150 per additional night. Minimal rental is 3
nights
Check in is 2PM and check out is 11AM
Deposit of non-refundable $200 to hold date and security of $150 to
be returned on departure.
