This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath tastefully decorated luxury Sonoran Sun condo 
offers an ocean view with fantastic sunrises and sunsets.  The condo 
is located right on the water at Sandy Beach. The great room 
is comfortably furnished and includes two stylish recliners. The 
unit has 1 king and 1 queen sized bed plus a queen sleeper-sofa in 
the great room.  The great room and every bedroom has a tv/dvd/vcr 
set up.  The kitchen is well equipped with stylish dishes, 
glasses, an abundance of pots and pans, bakeware, coffee maker, 
electric tea pot, blender, toaster and pancake griddle/steak grill.  
All bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers. A washer and dryer is 
located within the condo unit. 

Enjoy the family games, movies, books, and books on tapes 
available for your use. Stay here once and you will come back.

Activities and Attractions

In this sunny climate you can enjoy the beach activities of 
swimming, scuba diving, and snorkling. Guests may rent sailboats, 
boogie boards and kayaks. Beach vendors offer banana tube rides, 
para-sailing and other air rides.  ATV are also available for rent 
and use in the desert.

Enjoy visting the shops downtown (approx 5 miles) with the higher-
end design shops located higher up on the hill.  Additonally, you 
will want to check out the number of local shops on "the sandy road" 
between the resorts and town.  

Consider having a relaxing massage in your condo or at the Sonoran 
Spa.  Spend the next day deep sea fishing in the Sea of Cortez. Add 
an education componet to your trip by checking out the many natural 
resources in the area, such as, the Pinacate Biosphere and the Cet-
Mar Aquarium.

We have created a notebook for the condo with information and 
suggestions on what to do and where to eat.  Also, we ask our guests 
to write in the notebook to tell everyone about their stay and what 
activies they suggest for others.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates listed below are per night at the newest Sonoran resort, 
the Sonoran Sun.  The rates are 20% less than the regular daily 
rates and 25% off the rent for weekly rentals.  These rates for 
Sonoran Sun are less than you would pay at the Sonoran Sea or 
Spa. The rates quoted are for a 2 bedroom upper unit rented by 2-4 
adults.  Additional adults, up to 6, are $16 per person per night. 

Costs in addition to the rates listed below, which are the 20%
reduced rates, are:(taxes are based of the full resort rate) 
Hospitality Tax - 2%
Impact/Activity Fee $10.00 per day
IHF Tax - 5%
Damage Waiver $25.00 
Cleaning Fee $35.00 


A credit card copy or $200 cash deposit will be taken when you 
arrive at the resort and returned, if there are no damage/problems, 
when you leave. A lost key charge is $10.00.

Until your reservation is confirmed, by the receipt of your money, 
these prices are subject to change. Cancellation more that 10 day 
in advance of your arrival date is subject to $100.00 fee unless you
rescheduled your booking. If cancellations is 9 
days or less prior to your arrival date there will only be a 50% 
refund unless we are able to rebook the time.  If you cancel a 
reservation for a holiday there will be no refund.
