gourmet kitchen has two ovens, granite countertops, and beautiful  
cabinetry.  The large guest suite has a queen size bed, wet bar,  
microwave, mini fridge, a private bathroom and separate entrance.   
Lush landscape and palm trees greet guests out each window and the  
backyard is large with a huge cascading waterfall. A seldom-used  
outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, and work out room is just a few  
houses away in the clubhouse.  The house also has two additional  
bedrooms with queen-size beds and has a total of 2500 beautifully  
decorated and furnished square feet.  You will love this house so  
much you may never want to go home!

Here are rates for the house:  
·	Low Season (June-August) house would rent for: 
·	$1,500 weekly 
.       High Season (Sept-May)  
        $2,200 weekly 
 
We offer vacation specials frequently and right now a consecutive  
week is only $1000.00 more for the low season and $1500 more for the  
High season.
