Vacation Rental Description

Palm Coast, Florida....Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock is a private 
gated, 2nd home/resort style living with family oriented amenities. 
Your luxury Oceanfront condo is 3-bedrooms & 2-baths and 1910 sf, 
with large dining room table for 6, 18'X13' patio has unparallel 
views of the Atlantic Ocean and 8th & 9th fairways of the Ocean 
Hammock Golf Course from the 4th floor. This unit is less than a 
year old and has just been put up for rental. The oversized master 
bedroom with king size bed lets you stay in bed and view the ocean 
waves and beach as well as a round being played on the golf course. 
A desk with views of the Ocean is also in the master bedroom when 
wanting to catch up on letter writing or surfing the net. The 1st 
guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2-
oversized twin beds. All Bedrooms have 19" TV's with VCR's or/and 
DVD players. Your living room has a large 27" TV with VCR & DVD 
player with queen size sofa sleeper. Your kitchen is fully equipped 
with everything to prepare a gourmet meal with candlelight setting. 
The unit has a full size washer and dryer. An elevator is just steps 
away to take you downstairs into the covered underground parking 
garage or short walk to the beach only 50 feet away. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cinnamon Beach has two clubhouses just a short walk away. The 
Oceanfront Clubhouse has a lap pool that is heated year round, hot 
tub, snack bar, pavilion and cabanas with ocean observation deck. An 
activity lawn that touches the ocean is the ideal spot for kite 
flying or badminton. The Lakeside Clubhouse has a fitness center, 
kids room, entertainment lounge with pool table, vending machines, 
zero entry heated pool, hot tub, waterpark and pavilion 
area. Towels are provided at both pools.

Activities and Attractions

Biking trails, Golf Courses, Tennis, Surf Fishing, Pier Fishing, 
Canoeing, Kayaking, Surfing, Jet Skiing are available in the area. 
Sight seeing in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, is just 25 
minutes away or head to the fast lane of Daytona Beach, just 30 
minutes away. Both Disney World, Sea World and the Kennedy Space 
Center are less than two hours away.
