The villa has all deckside furniture with towels, for a relaxing
private pool. With 2 KING SIZE ENSUITE MASTERBEDROOMS, this villa
offers SPACIOUS accomodation to give you all the PLEASURE you
deserve for our vacation. The bedroom 3 and 4 have twin beds each
and sofa bed in the lounge provide altogether comfortable space for
10 people, not forgetting the BABY for whom a cot is available for
use.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all the dishes you wish to make or
simply have the Italian, Chinese or any other International cuisine
delivered to our doorstep.
The rooms are all situated in the single level, thereby making the
villa an ideal location for travellers who wish to avoid an stairs.
Smokers welcome in the outside deck area. This accommodation allows
you to have a great family time together. The Games Room will
entertain everyone; this superb game room has a pool table, Foosball
table and a dartboard so you can challenge dad, brother or sister to
your favorite game. Florida Pearl is a vacation home that will make
family memories last a lifetime. The home is designed and decorated
to meet the needs of all age groups. Little children can be kept
safely away from the swimming pool as there is a safety net guarding
the swimming pool. The pool is in the west facing area and this
ensures sunshine for the rest of the afternoon to late evening. Have
your supper by the pool or sit and relax in front of the television
or enjoy the entertainment centre. A few yards away is the
children's play area with swings and slides. The community is very
well maintained set beautifully in the conservation area of

Hello Mala, Sorry about not getting back to you sooner I just got home. We LOVED the house and it
was the best vacation ever. It was just perfect and you were right we didneed heat in the pool. It
was so convenient to have a private pool where we could swim in at anytime of the day and night.
The house is perfectly located close to everything and they are building a little shopping mall near
the pharmacy with a grocery store and other shops. It should be done very soon. Thanks for
everythingmy husband and I loved it and we will for sure be back. Nothing more could have been done,

MalaSorry I haven't got back to you sooner. I've been very busy with work since I got back.We really
had a good time staying at your home. It was very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. The 2
master suites worked out nicely for our family too. We have always enjoyed staying in homes in
Florida. It is very relaxing and allows the freedom to take things at a slower pace. We liked the
option of being able to cook breakfast in the morning. There were plenty of linens and towels on
hand too. Which was nice as we didn't have to do laundry everyday. The pool was very comfortable.
We really enjoyed the time we spent swimming. We especially enjoyed going for a late evening swim.
That was very refreshing.The kids enjoyed the air hockey table too. Just another something to keep
the kids occupied.I would definitely consider staying at your home again in the future.Thanks once
