Atlantic Ocean. WE ARE NOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH, as many
are advertising for cheaper rates. Panoramic ocean views from every
room in the house.
The second and third floors deliver awesome views spanning from Cape
Canaveral to the Sebastian Inlet and beyond. Your luxurious
accommodations include his/her bath accommodations in the master
suite with a glass enclosed shower and
Bubble tub. Ceramic tile throughout with a mix of plush bedroom
Carpeting. Granite Countertops in full service kitchen. You are
15min. from all water sports, fine restaurants, and
shopping. Nestled between Vero Beach to the south, Melbourne to the
north, and Sebastian to the west. You are in a private area of
secluded pristine beaches.
***There are no refunds. In the event of a death or hurricane we will
reschedule your week at your earliest convenience.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Private secluded beaches, fresh water swimming pool. We are directly
on the beach (just 50 steps away). Swimming pool is shared between the
two townhouses only.

All water sports, tennis, golf, fine dining.
Vacation Rental Rates
Ask about our four bedroom unit. Together with our three bedroom and
our one bedroom unit is attached on lower level, for those family get
togethers where privacy may be a factor for the older generation.
