Vacation Rental Description

the patio to your partner on the beach. Enjoy breath taking views 
from the patio, dining area or living room. Minutes from Fort Clinch 
where you can ride on a bike or drive in your car to the largest 
fishing pier on the island or simply stroll along the beautiful 
sandy beaches with magnificent sand dunes. This unit offers a 
private beach setting for the person who enjoys the simple life. Ten 
minutes to Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, there you will find 
an array of restaurants and shops all are with the flavor of years 
past. Imagine yourself on the dock sipping your favorite drink 
watching the sunset then take a carriage ride to your favorite 
restaurant for fresh seafood meal.

Suites are 1200 spuare feet with two bedrooms and two bath, private
beachfront balconies, and fully equipped kitchens.Unit is tastefully
appointed to suit the needs of our guest. The unit has one king, twin
beds & a sofa pull out. New this season;  upgraded sheets, & towels
plus new carpeting in the bedrooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 tv's & cable, vcr with library of movies, fully equipment kitchen, 
cd player, washer/dryer, beach chairs, sleeps 6, heated pool, grill 
on site, walk to a restaurant on the beach or to the park with 
a play ground.

swimming, biking, golf ,horse back riding on the beach, jet skiing, 
boating, sunset and casino cruise, water tours, night flounder,
gigging charters, charter fishing, sailing school, scooter rentals, 
spas, shopping, horse drawn carriage tour, museum, dinning, antique

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak season; 4/1/08-9/10/08....$1,050.00 Weekly or nightly rate of $150.00 (a four night min is 
required for the nightly rate)
Non Peak; 9/11/08-1/31/09......$975.00 Weekly or nightly rate of $125.00

$80 cleaning fee, 9% sales tax and $300.00 deposit applied to each 
stay.

Security Deposit $300.00
