Pinewood Place in South Haven

Pinewood Place is a very nice and spacious two bedroom ranch in a
private subdivision with private
beach access only a very short walk ( 500 feet )from the house. The
house and neighborhood are
nestled in pines and hardwoods, and the beach is sandy and
spacious. Pinewood Place is located
about three miles south of South Haven, an active summer resort town.
Pinewood Place is a non-smoking property. Sorry, but no pets are
allowed, no exceptions.

Pinewood Place is a single family rental.

Enjoy relaxing by reading or watching cable television in the
comfortable air conditioned living
room or sun room, or on the quiet patio. Walk the many miles of open
sandy beach or go for a swim
in beautiful Lake Michigan. In the evening, enjoy cooking
marshmellows on an outside fireplace or
cozy up to the inside fireplace . Don't forget to see the most
beautiful sunsets from the cliff
overlooking the beach. There are televisions in the living room, sun
room, and master bedroom. High speed internet is also available.
Pinewood Place is a fully equiped house and includes a washer and
dryer. All linens and towels are included but you are welcome to
bring your own.

The summers in South Haven are full of activities . Check the South
Haven website for a complete
calendar of events and places to see and things to do. In addition
to the many water activities,
bring your bikes to ride the Kal-Haven bike trail. Or bring your
golf clubs to enjoy the many
courses close by. The blueberry festival is always fun and there
are many fruit farms to visit and
enjoy as well as wineries. Take a sunset cruise on the Tall
ship "Friends Good Will". Charter a
fishing boat for world class salmon fishing. There is no better
place to do everything or do
nothing.

Rates vary from 1,000 - 1800 per week depending on dates. Memorial
Day thru Labor Day, rates are
1450 per week with the highest rate of 1800 for the week including
July 4th and Labor Day. Off
season rates are available for the rest of the year. Email us for
