master bedrooms that both have fireplaces, a hot tub on an upstairs  
deck with beautiful river views, a large lawn leading down to the  
river, multiple outdoor spaces to relax, and even your own  
volleyball court and outdoor fire pit!  The inside of the house is  
light, spacious, artistically decorated, and immaculate throughout. 
 
As if all that isn't enough, enjoyment of the property's kayaks and  
canoe is made easy with a watercraft lowering ramp that leads

could want at the river.  But if you want to see what else the  
Russian River valley has to offer, Bon Bon's is perfectly situated  
near downtown Guerneville with its June Bluesfest and September  
Jazzfest, hiking in Armstrong Woods, 20 minutes from the Pacific  
Ocean, exploring the quaint main streets of Graton, Duncan's Mills  
and Occidental, and of course wine tasting in every direction!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (May - Sept.): 
     $390 / Night - $2340 / Week 
     1 week minimum stay. 
 
Winter Rates (Oct. - Apr): 
     $330 / Night - $1980 / Week 
     2 night minimum stay (except for holidays). 
  
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost. 
 
Cleaning Fee: $135 (includes linens). 
 
Booking Fee: $20 
 
Damage Fee: $40 
 
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $75 per animal
