Sleeps 4  (1 Queen bed in Bedroom, 1 sofabed(queen)in living room 
 
The unit is located at 7th and Ocean Avenue.  It is a 1 BR, 1 Bath,  
third floor unit.    
There is a queen size bed in the living room.  The living room is  
equipped with a  
pull out sofa (queen).  The living room also has a color TV, DVD, CD  
and stereo  
system.  The bedroom maintains a color TV.  
 
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and is  
equipped with all  
necessities.  
 
The property is one block from the beach.  The condo maintains an  
ocean view.  
The complex is equipped with a swimming pool, lounge chairs,  
barbecue grills  
and laundry facilities.    
 
The property is located one block from the beach, about five short  
blocks from the start of  
the wildwood boardwalk, about four blocks from the North Wildwood  
entertainment  
pavillion on 2nd street and about six blocks to the nightlife on Old  
New Jersey Avenue.  
The 2nd street pavilion hosts concerts/entertainment on Thursday and  
Saturday evenings at 8:00PM.    
                 
Steps to the beach.   
Walk to Wildwood's famous boardwalk, amusements and water parks.
