consists of many popular upscale stores & restaurants and is  
conveniently located within 10 minutes from Golf Villas. When  
completed, it is predicted to be larger than Mall of America in  
Bloomington, MN. Golf Villas is a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood  
with a tropical feel.

Spend April/May 2008 in lovely Bonita Springs, Florida 
Book one week, get one week 1/2 price, book one month, pay 3 weeks of weekly rate 
Weekly Rates during this time is $650 per week plus additional charges (see below) 
 
Daily rates available with a minimum 3-night stay.  
 
2009 Monthly, Seasonal rates and longer stays please inquire. 
 
 Note:  Rates are subject to change.  
 
Additional Charges 
 
Security deposit $250 per week (refundable after departure) 
11% Sales Tax,  
Exit Cleaning Fee - $130  
$50-$100 Condo Application Fee, non-negotiable

Pet Friendly, please inquire  -- Special addendum for pet and an  
extra security which is returned after inspection and departure;  
however, no daily charge for pet.
