This fully furnished historic two bedroom home is equipped with
linens,dishes, cooking equipment, an outdoor barbeque grill, and
washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, a fireplace, and a claw foot bathtub.
Bright and Cheery. Phone and basic cable are included. Within
minutes of golf courses, casinos, Old Tucson Movie Studios,
shopping, the International Gem and Mineral Show, Diamondback Spring
training baseball, a park and a zoo.

Vacation Rental Amenities
This fully furnished home has all appliances including washer/dryer,
cable TV, and DVD player. The complete kitchen is fully equipped,
including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cooking
accessories,dishes and silverware. There is a cozy fireplace to
enjoy on the cooler nights in winter. The spacious master bedroom
provides a four poster queen bed with fluffy comforter and abundant
pillows. A wrought iron bed in a second bedroom is cozy and
comfortable. A roll away bed is also provided. Plenty of linens and
towels. Bicycles available.

Activities and Attractions
Walking distance from the Tucson Museum of Art, U of A Wildcat
Sports, TCC, Fourth Avenue and Downtown Art and Music Scene,
International Gem and Mineral Show. Tucson Rodeo, world class golf,
hiking, biking, shopping, movies, professional stage shows and
concerts minutes away. Outside of town you will find the Arizona-
Sonora Desert Museum, Kitt Peak observatory, and Saguaro National
Park.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount if specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Weekly rentals require a nonrefundable payment in full. For monthly
rentals, 50% due in advance, with balance due upon arrival. No
refunds for cancellations less than 60 days of reservation. $200
additional refundable security deposit. Weekly rentals require non-
refundable payment in full. Special monthly rates are available for
extended stays beyond one month. Visa and Master Card accepted.
