All FOUR bedrooms are large rooms, with TWO of them being MASTER
SUITES, with AWESOME GULF VIEWS. This is the perfect condo to share
with your friends or relatives, with two bedrooms on either side of
the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Our upscale condo has been
professionally decorated and very well maintained. We have a large,
tiled balcony with over 200 sq. ft, and the condo's interior boasts
over 1800 sq. ft. We have our own gated entrance to our condo.
Bedroom configuration's are: Two master suites each with a king size
bed; twin beds in another bedroom and the fourth bedroom has a queen
size bed and bunk beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the great room.

This is strictly a NON-SMOKING condo.

Our condo will sleep up to 12 guests. The kitchen and vanities are
all granite, plus the wet bar. Free wireless internet service. Five
TV's with several DVD and VCR players. Fitness center for our guests
16 years and over. Two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella during
peak summer season. High speed elevators. Lush, tropical landscapng.
Off street parking. We have two pools, one being beachside, and each
pool has bathrooms/changing rooms.

Beside enjoying one of the world's most beautiful beaches, we have a
shopper's paradise close by with the famous Destin Commons and Silver
Sands Top Designer outlet mall. Five star restaurants, and three of
our favorite restaurants are within walking distance on the beach.
There are many charter deep sea fishing boats available if you like to
fish. Highly rated golf courses nearby. There are amusement parks for
the kids, parasailing, kayaking, surfing, to name a few of the
activities, which are endless.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservation/security deposit is $500.00. This deposit is required
within 5 business days of booking.

We do NOT rent to vacationing students. You must be 25 years and
older to rent the condo, no exceptions.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, weekly rentals only.
