Use of lake/pond. The association maintains a beach for swimming in
the lake. Canoes, kayaks are allowed on the lake.

There are many activities in the area. Local high school has an
indoor swimming pool which is open to residents and non-residents,
tennis courts and track. Also there are many restaurants in the area
and you will be about 20 mins away from the town of Hudson and Great
Barrington.
