Vacation Rental Description

This second floor condo is located at 310 East Hand Ave which is less than one block from the  
boardwalk and beach, making it desirable and affordable.   
 
The unit offers two bedrooms; the first has a queen-sized bed and the second has three twins.  Both  
bedrooms have cable television, radio/alarm clocks and ample closet and storage space.  The living  
room is quaint with seating for five and cable television.  The sofa is also a queen-sized sleeper.   
The kitchen comes complete with a full-sized refrigerator, electric range, microwave, toaster oven,  
coffee maker and blender. All pots, pans and silverware are included.  The space provides one full  
bathroom with shower/tub.  Outdoor furniture is also provided for the common deck.

Summer 2009 Rates: 
$950/week = May 2 - May 23 
$1050/week = May 23 - September 5 
$950/week = September 5 - October 3 
 
Fall 2009 Weekend Rates:  (Check-in:Thurs 2pm, Check-out:Mon 10am) 
September 4-8 = $450 
September 11-15 = $450 
September 18-22 = $450 
September 25-29 = $400 
October 2-6 = $350 
October 9-13 = $300 
 
Winter Rates: 
$900/month = October 2008 - May 2009 
 
Summer 2009 Rental rate $10,500 (Memorial day - Labor Day)
