This newly painted second floor condo is located at 310 East Hand Ave which is less than one block from the boardwalk and beach, making it desirable and affordable. The unit offers two bedrooms; the first has a queen-sized bed and the second has three twins. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted, cable televisions with DVD players, radio/alarm clocks and ample closet and storage space. The living room is quaint with seating for five and cable television. The sofa is also a queen-sized sleeper. The kitchen comes complete with a full-sized refrigerator, electric range, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. All pots, pans and silverware are included. There is a drop-leaf dining table (w/4 chairs) that opens up easily to transform the living room into a dining room. The space provides one full bathroom with shower/tub. Outdoor furniture is also provided for the common deck.

October 12-15 (50's Weekend) = $350
Winter Rates 2012:
