11, during a window that extends from 11:45 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. EDT.

one minute walk from the excellent surf and soothing sands of Cocoa
Beach.

Our Condo features all ceramic tile floors, plush towels and bedding
are also provided. There is everything you need for a fun day at the
beach - towels, chairs, and even sunscreen.

There is cable TV in both the living room and bedroom.

There is broadband internet and computer online and ready to use.

The kitchen features new appliances and includes everything you need
to prepare a quick snack or an elaborate dinner.

There is a laundry room on site and a privately fenced outer yard for
relaxing in the sun.

Like to Golf? Cocoa Beach Country Club(Public) is only a 10 minute
drive. The Savannahs Golf Club(Public) is only 15 minutes away.
Patrick Air Force Base Golf Course is only a 15 minute drive.

Tennis? Only a 10 minute drive to Cocoa Beach Country Club(Public
Courts)

Military or retired military? Patrick Air Force Base has everything
you need; commissary, exchange, medical clinic, golf, bowling, marina,
boat, and camping rental. 15 minutes away.

We are next door to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Kennedy Space
Center. Call us for scheduled rocket launches. Watch them from your
balcony or the beach.

Like games of chance? Two gambling cruise ships are less than 5
minutes away. The cruises are free. Coupons for free playing chips

Like to fish? Jetty Park fishing pier is just a short walk down the
beach. Charter boats are available at the port only 5 minutes away. We
will assist with booking.

Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are only 500 yards away.
