This ground floor unit is located on a quiet side street literally a
one minute walk from the excellent surf and soothing sands of Cocoa
Beach.
Our Condo features all ceramic tile floors, plush towels and bedding
are also provided. There is everything you need for a fun day at the
beach - towels, chairs, and even sunscreen.
There is cable TV in both the living room and bedroom.
Broadband internet is available and ready to use.
The kitchen features new appliances and includes everything you need
to prepare a quick snack or an elaborate dinner.
There is a laundry room on site and a privately fenced outer yard for
relaxing in the sun.

We are next door to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Kennedy Space
Center. Call us for scheduled rocket launches.
Like games of chance? Suncruz Casino is less than 5
minutes away. The cruise is free.
Like to fish? Jetty Park fishing pier is just a short walk down the
beach. Charter boats are available at the port only 5 minutes away. We
will assist with booking.
