30'X 10' cathedraled sun porch furnished with wicker sofa, loveseat, oversize chair/ottoman, table 
and chairs all overlooking the private back yard with new stamped concrete patio

The second floor features 2 bedrooms including a spacious master 
bedroom. The master bath features a granite double vanity & washer/dryer. 

Completely renovated with new furniture and bedding, maple kitchen cabinets, wide Oak hardwood floors 
throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless appliances, ceramic tile baths with new 
sinks, tubs, toilets, and lighting!  All linens and towels included.

2008 Rates:

May 25 to June 14       - $1,400.00/week
June 14 to June 21      - $1,700.00/week
June 21 to June 28      - $2,300.00/week
June 28 to Aug. 23      - $2,975.00/week 
Aug. 23  to Sept. 6     - $2,300.00/week
Sept. 6 to Sept. 26     - $1,700.00/week
Sept. 27 to Oct. 18     - $1,400.00/week

Rates are for (4) BR/(2) BA- add $600 Early Summer, Summer and Labor Day for (2) BR/(1) BA lower level
Rental runs from Saturday to Saturday
Check out 10:00AM; Check in 3:00PM
Above rates exclude 7% Maine lodging tax
Cleaning Fee: $100-$150
